Most questions are answered in the docs for MapRows (including what each status means), CalendarRows and LabelRows. For general how-tos, see our guides.
Billing & cancelling
In the add-on, go to Account → “Manage or cancel subscription”, or email us. Read the refund policy.
When you write, please include
- which add-on (for example MapRows) and what you were doing
- the status text from the status column or sidebar
- for billing questions, the email address you used at checkout. Never send card numbers.
