What is a lookup?
One address geocoded, one coordinate pair reverse-geocoded, or one map image. A driving, walking or cycling distance costs 1 lookup for the route plus 1 for each end that is an address rather than coordinates. A straight-line distance between two coordinates costs nothing. Allowances reset daily at 00:00 UTC, and the add-on shows the reset in your local time. See what MapRows does and how limits and resuming work.
Fair use. Free and Pro allowances run on MapRows' shared Geoapify capacity. On an unusually busy day MapRows may pause with a "shared capacity" message. Your progress is kept and you can resume after the reset. If you need guaranteed volume, add your own Geoapify key (Pro).
Subscription terms, in plain English
| Term & renewal | Pro is a subscription for one month or one year. It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown, until you cancel. For yearly plans we email you a reminder between 15 and 45 days before each renewal. |

Pricing questions
Are taxes included?
Yes. The prices shown are the total you pay. Any sales tax or VAT is included, and nothing is added at checkout.
Who sells Pro, and who processes payments?
MRSLM Group LLC sells every Cellbrook Pro plan (MapRows Pro and CalendarRows Pro). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see your full card number. As the seller, we are responsible for sales tax, VAT or GST, which is already included in the price shown. You manage your subscription and invoices in the Stripe customer portal.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Use the customer portal or email support@cellbrook.com and we will help you switch.
What if I need more than 2,500 lookups a day?
With Pro you can add your own Geoapify API key in the Account tab. MapRows limits then no longer apply, and your Geoapify plan's limits and pricing do.
Do unused lookups roll over?
No. Allowances reset every day at 00:00 UTC.
